All packages are for venue site only, including reception tent, lighting, teepee, wedding arena, rustic barn, and bridal/groom lounges. We will provide you with a list of our preferred vendors for all your rental needs, check out our recommendations on our contact page.
Let us help you create your dream wedding, engagement, coorperate event, birthday, and other unique celebrations set in the picturesque Olympic Valley. This “Do It Yourself” Venue will allow you to bring in your vendors, such as caterers, florists, and entertainment so that you can personalize your perfect day! We provide the setup and beautiful list of proper vendors we have worked closely with for many years. This allows you to relax a little more and enjoy every moment of your special day. You can also bring in your chosen photo booth, horse, or pony, and allow us to help to make it a forever-lasting experience.

Frequently asked
Does the venue come with rentals?
The property fee is for the venue site only and does not include restroom facilities, tables, chairs, dance floor, etc. We do provide several propane heaters, fire-pits, & lighting. There is one bathroom on site for the bridal/groom lounges.
What is the noise ordinance?
10 pm for amplified sound. We do provide silent disco headphones for a small fee to allow for a late-night music afterparty
(silent disco is highly regarded by best feature by guests – allows for 3 channels, 3 independent types of music at the same time)
Are fires allowed? Does the property have fire-pits?
wood-burning fires are permitted when fire danger is not high! We have three wood fire pits plus wood when this is allowed. During high fire season, we provide propane fire pits for use.
Do I need an event coordinator?
Day of Event Coordination required to ensure smoothness and quality of event! If you need assistance finding a day-of coordinator we have recommendations of several we work closely with.
Is there potable water?
We provide use of cowboy kitchen, 3 compartment bar sink, plus several outdoor water spigots for catering
What are the power availability and amperage onsite?
The barn has a 100amp main with dedicated circuits to the tent area, bar, lounges, restroom trailer zone as well are other areas of the property.
